Welcome to PreciseBIM! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PreciseBIM website (www.precisebim.com), and all related services, content, tools, features, and applications provided by PreciseBIM (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Services Overview

PreciseBIM specializes in providing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, BIM modeling, MEP coordination, clash detection, Revit family creation, construction documentation, and BIM project management. Our goal is to transform visions into reality, crafting precision-engineered built environments through digital expertise. Specific details of services, scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals (“Service Agreements”) executed between PreciseBIM and the client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least [e.g., 18 years old] and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Our Services

PreciseBIM offers advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, including modeling, coordination, clash detection, Revit family creation, construction documentation, and BIM project management. Specific details for each engagement will be in a separate Service Agreement.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services lawfully, provide accurate information, and not interfere with our website or services.

3. Intellectual Property

PreciseBIM owns all content on this website. For deliverables, clients receive a license for the specific project upon full payment, as detailed in your Service Agreement.

4. Payments

Service fees are outlined in Service Agreements and are due upon invoicing. We may suspend services for non-payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential, in line with any signed NDAs.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

Our Services are provided “as is,” without warranties. PreciseBIM isn’t liable for indirect damages or lost profits from your use or inability to use the Services. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
